Born April 24, 1944, in Portland, Ore., Stephanie was the youngest of three daughters to Herbert and Dorothy Cooper. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Stephanie Cooper; and sisters, Connie and Carole. Stephanie united in marriage with the love of her life, Bill Snyder, May 5, 1988, and they cherished 35 wonderful years together.
Stephanie leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will endure in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known her. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, daughter, and friend to all who encountered her. Stephanie's infectious laughter and sense of humor brightened the lives of those around her. Her deep affection for sports and the state of Oregon manifested in unwavering support for the Portland Trail Blazers and the Oregon Ducks; she was an avid and passionate fan. With a passion for gardening and nature, she found solace at the beach, but her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren.
Survived by her beloved husband, Bill; and her children, Tom (Tiffinie) and Troy (Victoria.) Stephanie is also remembered by her grandchildren, Morgan (Kjell), Blake, and Brooke; her great-grandson Tommy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
