Chuck died on February 8th from a massive brain aneurism.  He had surgery for colon cancer last November, and started chemo at the end of December.  He had just gone through his fourth chemo treatment and suffered the aneurism a few days later.  He was doing so well with the chemo treatments. He did not suffer any side effects.
Chuck was buried at Willamette national Cemetery on February 20th.  Chuck would appreciate donations for cancer or aneurism research.
