This year is the first time I have connected to the class of '62 website, and I'm so sad to learn that Dick has passed away.  He was my first boyfriend, a short-lived freshman thing, but I had hoped to catch up with him at the reunion this year.  I remember that he was born on June 21st, the longest day of the year, and his sister, Marlene, was born on December 21st, the shortest day of the year.  I always thought that was an interesting symmetry.
